LEARN ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

Our approach to coaching and therapy is holistic and intuitive, using different treatment modalities depending on my clients’ needs and aspirations. Our objective is to help you reconnect with your freedom and happiness.

Hypnotherapy is not stage hypnosis. Hypnotherapy helps you create the changes that you want, understand the blocks that have been created, and chart new pathways to desired changes in your life.

Hypnosis is a natural yet modified state of consciousness. Some natural manifestations occur as daydreams, or becoming unaware of your surroundings while watching a movie, or even becoming deeply focused on the road while driving. In this focused state of hypnosis, you can unearth natural abilities; improve thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

I practice Humanist Hypnosis. The person who experiments with Humanist Hypnosis does not fall asleep, does not lose control, rather the person awakens and gains in self-consciousness.

This very particular state of consciousness is pleasant, “lighter” (physically, in sensation) and does not make the person numb or “pasty” but energized and sparkling. Rather than intensifying the natural break between the conscious and the unconscious and rendering the person unconscious, Humanist hypnotic inductions allow the person to “wipe out” the gap existing between consciousness and unconsciousness.

The therapist no longer intervenes directly “on” the person. There is no interference or manipulation. The person does not have to let go or give in like in other forms of hypnosis. The therapist acts as a guide and pedagogue, who guides and helps the person in carrying out the psychological exercises on their own so they can change, with complete autonomy.

Humanist Hypnosis allows for a global impact on the person, not only biological and emotional but also reaching all the strata of the person at once: from the body to emotions, from the mind to your higher mind and soul.

Humanist Hypnosis offers a vision of stimulating and rich life, supported by a very specific hypnotic approach. It allows the client in this form of hypnosis – not passively plunging into unconsciousness. – But to actively open up to more of conscience “. With the expanded consciousness that benefits the person in Humanist Hypnosis, the person “becomes conscious” of what is stuck in them and therefore can describe it to the therapist, who will guide them as to how they can fix it on their own during the session.

In this type of Hypnotherapy, you are in complete control of your healing and do not need to revive painful memories; on the contrary, you release and transform them at your deepest core level.

It is short-term therapy with lifelong results. Depending on the issue you want to tackle, a couple sessions may be sufficient.

As a result, it is greatly appreciated by coaches, including those in the workplace, and can process everything related to health, problems related to daily life, emotions, or Personal Development.

In the first session, we will discuss what you would like to work on, develop goals and tailor our work prior entering in the hypnotic state. I will place you into a natural hypnotic state, using different relaxation techniques such as breathing, listening, visualizations. Each hypnotic session is tailored for each client based on the discussion in the first part of the appointment. When you come out of the hypnotic state, you will feel deeply relaxed, as you begin to manifest the positive changes in your life.

The simple answer is yes. However, if you didn’t want to be hypnotized, you would never go into the hypnotic state unwillingly. Hypnosis works best with a client who has an open mind toward trying it, a willingness to participate.

While each person is different in the required amount of sessions, you will need at least two sessions to uncover and address specific issues.
Hypnotherapy is not a magic button and requires more than one session to create the desired shifts in behaviors. However, it is a very powerful technique with long-term results. Dr. Alfred Barrios indicated the following recovery rates:
Hypnotherapy 93%; Behavior therapy: 72%; Psychoanalysis :38%.

Average number of sessions needed:
Unhealthy Habit 2+
Smoking 1-3
Sleep 2+
Weight Loss 5+
Anxiety 5+
Depression 7+
Fears / Phobias 2+
Confidence 3+
Relationships 5+
Loss / Grieving 3+

NLP is a powerful technique for creating healthy interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships. Developed in 1975, NLP is concerned primarily with non-judgmentally identifying the ways in which we have been “programmed” to think, act and feel and learning how to free ourselves from unwanted limiting habits and beliefs. In this way, we are creating more richly rewarding choices.
